Recognized by his peers as one of Southern California’s Rising Stars, Tim specializes in employment and labor law and litigates all types of employment related claims, including claims for wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, intentional infliction of emotional distress, fraud, breach of contract, claims for unpaid wages, and fraudulent or unfair business practices and competition.
In addition, Tim has represented clients in ERISA and employment discrimination class action matters and has handled administrative matters before state and federal agencies, including the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Employment Development Department, and the Occupational Safety and Health Commission. Tim also has experience representing clients in traditional labor matters under the National Labor Relations Act and the Railway Labor Act.
